NI AWR Software Training: Visual System Simulator for Designers

Oct 16, 2018
Event location:
Santa Clara, CA

This one-day training course introduces wireless communications/radar system and circuit designers to Visual System Simulator (VSS) software. Attendees will learn how to use the software to effectively create and simulate system designs. The overall flow of VSS will be explained using illustrative as well as hands-on examples. No prior knowledge of the software is required.

Areas covered include:

  • System Diagram: Creation and Control
  • Graphs and Measurements
  • Budget Simulations
  • Spur Analysis
  • The Concept of Sampling Frequency
  • Complex Envelope

Course Equipment/Hardware:

  • It is preferred that you bring your own laptop. If necessary, a laptop can be provided.
  • Special note: 64-bit PCs are required to run the software.
  • Software, licenses, and required training materials will be provided.
